The Parties, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which they acknowledge, and intending to be legally bound, agree as follows: 1. Intel and You are referred to herein individually as a “Party” or, together, as the “Parties”. If you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that legal entity to the Agreement, in which case, "You" or "Your" shall be in reference to such entity. “You” refers to you or your employer or other entity for whose benefit you act, as applicable. If You intend to access the Cloud Services in addition to using the Software, the terms and conditions of Appendix B apply to Your access and use of the Cloud Services (as defined in Appendix B), in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement applicable to Your access and use of the Software. This SOFTWARE LICENSE AND CLOUD SERVICES AGREEMENT, including all appendices and exhibits (collectively, this “Agreement”) is entered into between Intel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Intel”) and You. If You do not agree to be bound by, or the entity for whose benefit You act has not authorized You to accept, these terms and conditions, do not install, access, copy, or use the Software or the Cloud Services and terminate Your access to the Cloud Services, and destroy all copies of the Software in Your possession. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE AND/OR THE CLOUD SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. SOFTWARE LICENSE AND CLOUD SERVICES AGREEMENT DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, ACCESS, COPY, OR USE ANY PORTION OF THE SOFTWARE AND/OR ACCESS THE CLOUD SERVICES UNTIL YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. It supports Fast startup.Intel Unite OBL Commercial Use License The terms of the software license agreement included with any software you download will control your use of the software. The default size is 20% of physical memory. This command will remove the hibernate mode from your Power menu. The reduced file type reduces the size of the hiberfile (C:\hiberfil.sys) to about 50% of its full size. Reduced: This type of hiberfile turns on Fast startup (hiberboot) without the need for the hibernate.It supports hibernate, hybrid sleep, fast startup. The default size is 40% of physical memory. It occupies about 75% of the total available RAM. Full: The full hiberfile type can enable hibernate mode and turn on Fast startup (hiberboot).Hibernate mode is slower as compared to Sleep but consumes less power than Sleep Mode. Hibernation puts the full current state of your PC to the hiberfile file and then turns off your computer. This mode is a power-saving state for computers that run on batteries, e.g. Windows 11/10 has the Hibernate mode enabled by default. If you only want to use Fast startup and don’t plan on using hibernate function, then you can specify the hiberfile type as reduced to significantly reduce the hibernation file size (hiberfil.sys) to about half of its full size. Fast startup requires that hibernate be enabled. By default, the Hibernation file or hiberfile (C:\hiberfil.sys) is 75% of the total amount of RAM installed on your Windows 11/10 computer.
